1.榆钱挑去带枝叶的部分,浸泡一会后清洗干净沥水

6.用手揪一块面团,用掌心搓成圆球状

7.用右手的大拇指在圆球上按压下一个洞,然后放在左手掌心,一边用右手的拇指转动,一边用左手的手指配合掌心整形

8.渐渐整成窝头形状

10.依次做好其它的,摆放在铺了笼布的蒸锅中,大火烧开,转中火蒸20分钟后再焖3分钟即可
小窍门&温馨提示
榆钱的份量是没有洗过的,榆钱本身含有水份,洗过后也含有水份,所以和面不用添加水,但是面粉的吸水性不同,要根据自己的实际情况添加,直到和成面团。
